General Terms and Conditions governing purchases of System C4 software, Gamanet and third party plugins, and related services by C4PP contractual partners and Gamanet Alliance members. Defines Gamanet as the collective designation of the covered legal entities and sets out responsibilities for partner participation, contracts, orders, delivery, pricing and payment, plugin verification and certification, warranties and service support, intellectual property and licences, confidentiality, liability, and personal data processing. Version 02 is marked "For legal review"; its covered entity register and certain document-control details remain uncompleted.
