Gamanet Group and Covered Legal Entities
In this document, "Gamanet" is the collective designation of the companies in the Gamanet holding identified below (the "Covered Entities"). The designation does not refer to a separate legal person or to any unlisted entity.
References to "Gamanet", "we", "us" and "our" mean the Covered Entity or Entities responsible for the relevant provision. The register identifies each entity's status, role and scope, including any selection rule based on territory, activity or transaction.
The applicable Contract or accepted order identifies the Covered Entity or Entities acting as the contracting party; these must match the register. The register identifies the issuer or issuers of these GTC. Register inclusion alone does not make an entity a contracting party.
Group membership or register inclusion alone does not authorise one entity to bind another, or create a guarantee or joint liability. Any such arrangement requires express terms and the necessary authority, without limiting mandatory law.
This register is exhaustive for this version of the GTC. Later changes to the group or the register do not themselves add or replace a party to an existing Contract or order.

Article XIV.
Verification of the Plugin by Gamanet
Verification is the process of testing the compatibility of the Plugin against the Software product carried out by Gamanet in the areas of cybersecurity, stability and code quality of the Plugin (hereinafter referred to as "Verification"). Verification declares the compatibility of the Plugin with the Software product.
A Plugin distributed through the Plugin Store service that has met the Verification conditions may be labelled as "verified" by Gamanet.
During the Verification process, Gamanet tests and verifies whether the Plugin is functional and safe against the Software product from a cybersecurity perspective (code quality check).
The Third party developer may request a Third party plugin Verification from Gamanet, even after it has been released on the Plugin Store. To perform the Verification, the Third party developer must provide Gamanet with the source code of the Third party plugin, the installation manual, the SDK of the External system and access to the External system (which may include remote access).
For the purpose of Verification, Gamanet will request the Third party developer to provide the source code of the Third party plugin for the purpose of building the Third party plugin in order to guarantee the quality of the code, the transparency of the Third party plugin and to prevent the potential security risks (backdoor on the Plugin). Should a critical error occur, Gamanet will be able to identify it more easily with the Third party plugin source code.
The Third party developer is obliged to provide Gamanet with the relevant documentation to the Third party plugin upon Gamanet's request.
The Third party developer shall be fully responsible for all the costs associated with the Third party plugin Verification process according to the current price list available on the Product website.
Gamanet reserves the right to stop labelling a Plugin as "verified" in the Plugin Store at any time, even if Gamanet determines that the Plugin Verification information is false.
Article XV.
Certification of the Plugin with the Manufacturer of the External System
Certification is the process of testing the compatibility of a Plugin against an External system, during which a representative of the Plugin manufacturer and a representative of the External system manufacturer test the range of functionalities supported by the Plugin that integrates the External system with the Software product (hereinafter referred to as "Certification").
A Plugin distributed through the Plugin Store service that has met the Certification requirements may be labelled as "certified" by Gamanet.
The Certification process results in the following documents:
Compatibility certificate, which is a commercial representation of the completed Certification process (hereinafter referred to as the "Compatibility certificate"); and
Certification protocol, which declares the implementation of the Certification process from a technical point of view, is a report of the results of the tests of all the functionalities (mandatory, optional) defined in the integration manual and describes the configuration of the External system as well as the types of tests performed and their results (hereinafter referred to as the "Certification protocol").
Certification of the Plugin can also be done after the release of the Plugin on the Plugin Store.
Certification of the Third party plugin is the responsibility of the Third party developer.
Certification declares that the Plugin manufacturer cooperates with the manufacturer of the External system, which will provide technical support to the Plugin manufacturer and, in case of an error, it will be possible to consult with the manufacturer of the External system in order to find a solution for its elimination. The manufacturer of the External system thus undertakes to support the Plugin manufacturer in troubleshooting.
Certification defines the quality, the scope of integration of the External system into the Software product, the scope of supported functionalities of the External system, firmware and the models of devices verified by the manufacturer of the External system.
Gamanet can define the scope and parameters of the Certification according to the External system technology in order to unify the Plugin search and comparison tools on the Plugin Store.
Gamanet determines the form of the final certification document, including the content requirements of the Certification.
A Plugin is considered certified if it has passed the entire certification process and the following conditions are cumulatively met:
implementation of the set of tests defined by Gamanet in the integration manual, determination of the firmware and the corresponding version of the External system,
recording all the test results in the Certification protocol,
signing of the Compatibility certificate by a representative of the Plugin manufacturer and a representative of the External system manufacturer for the region for which the certificate is valid.
The Plugin Certification documentation shall define the conditions under which the testing process was carried out and describe the results in a manner that allows the replication of this process at any time.
Gamanet may approve the publication of the Plugin Certification on an ad hoc basis. Once Gamanet has assessed that all the parameters of the Certification as defined in clause 10 of this article are met, Gamanet will publish the Plugin and the Plugin Certification documents on the Plugin Store.
Gamanet reserves the right to stop labelling a Plugin as "certified" on the Plugin Store at any time, even if Gamanet determines that the Plugin's Certification information is false.
Article XVI.

From the date of the Version upgrade to the latest released version of the Software product, a new warranty period shall commence.
The extension of the Software product with additional licences does not affect the duration of the warranty.

Article XVIII.

Gamanet only warrants the Gamanet plugin that meets the conditions of "verified" and "certified".
The warranty is Gamanet's commitment to support the Customer in resolving warranty defects of the Gamanet plugin. Service support is also provided in the form of Gamanet's consultation with the manufacturer of the External system.
Gamanet provides a warranty for the Gamanet plugin to the Customer within the scope of the External system configuration and the functionalities of the Gamanet plugin as declared in the Certification protocol.
A defect covered by the warranty shall be a behaviour of the Gamanet plugin that does not match the results of the tests of its individual functionalities as described in the relevant Documentation.
The terms of Software product warranty as specified in Article XVII shall apply to the Gamanet plugin warranty mutatis mutandis.
The Gamanet plugin is warranted for a period of 12 (in words "twelve") calendar months. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the specific version of the Gamanet plugin (date of invoice).
Article XIX.

The warranty for Services is Gamanet's commitment to deliver the Services of reasonable quality with due professional care, in particular by using professional and well-trained personnel. The warranty for Services applies to the Services specified in the attachment to the order and in the delivery note where the Customer has to sign their receipt.
During the warranty period, the Customer is entitled to demand that a Service be delivered again, or that any Service shortcomings be rectified (hereinafter referred to as "Service resupply") with regard to any Service not provided in compliance with Clause 1 of this Article. Service resupply shall take place following a previous written notification of the Customer regarding its shortcomings at the cost of Gamanet as well as at the place and time agreed between the Parties.

Gamanet shall provide service support through the customer support department.
Any communication regarding service support must be made in writing or must be subsequently approved and confirmed in writing. It can be initiated by email or via the Product website.

Gamanet is under no obligation to provide service support in the event of:
unauthorised tampering with the Software product, Gamanet plugin, its source code or as a result of the use of incorrect parameters or settings of the Software product or Gamanet plugin,

if the error has been corrected by the release of an enhancement to the Software product that the End user has not installed.
Gamanet shall provide service support for the Software product and the Gamanet plugin solely to the Customer, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
Gamanet will only provide service support to the End user if the installation was performed by a trained and certified Business partner under the C4PP rules who is unable to meet their obligations to the End user. During the period when the End user is looking for a new supplier of the Products, Gamanet is ready to provide the End user with support, consultation and assistance for the necessary time.
The specific types of service support as well as its rules and conditions are listed on the Product website.

The Quality standards and Commercial standards are hereinafter referred to jointly as the "Gamanet standards").
The Third party developer will determine whether the Gamanet standards will apply to the Third party plugin.
The terms of the Quality standards may be accepted or rejected by the Third party developer for the relevant Third party plugin.
The Third party developer may either accept the terms of Commercial standards or define their own terms for the respective Third party plugin.
Gamanet standards only define the scope of the conditions and the specific parameters of the standards. If a Third party developer chooses to apply the Gamanet standards, compliance with each condition is the sole responsibility of the Third party developer.
Deployment of the Plugin on an End user installation that does not meet the terms of any of the Gamanet standards is subject to the End user's explicit consent to its deployment.
