The contract manager is the natural person registering your company on the Contract Web, who must have received the relevant training. He is the person with knowledge of all rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship with Gamanet and is also the contact person responsible for regular communication with Gamanet.
Once the company has registered, the contract manager can be changed on the Contract Web, and this can be done by the existing contract manager or legal representative.

A legal representative is a natural person authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your company. He is the only person authorized to change the legal representative of your company on the Contract Web.
The new representative must be a natural person who has the right to agree to the wording of the contracts.

The basic condition for the conclusion of a contract is the completion of the relevant training. The training is given to the contract manager, who then has knowledge of all the rights and obligations arising from the specific contractual relationship.
Who can sign the contract?
Only the legal representative you have defined on the Contract Web can sign contracts on behalf of your company. Only the legal representative is subsequently authorized to change the legal representative of your company for another natural person on the Contract Web.
