Conditions and specification

To unlock the full potential of C4 System, the first step is to register your installation. During this process, you’ll provide key details such as the installation name, the system version used, and verify your device’s MAC address. During registration, you will also define a specific person who will be the Installation Manager. Registration is handled by a certified technician who has successfully completed our technical training.

End User License Agreement

As part of the registration, you’ll also enter into an End User License Agreement (EULA), which sets the foundation for your license use. It is a mutual agreement between you, the end user of the C4 System, and us – Gamanet. It outlines how you're allowed to use the products you've purchased from us. Once the EULA is signed, everything is set for you to get the most out of the C4 System – legally and efficiently.

Installation manager

This is the key person on the customer’s side who oversees the entire C4 System deployment. They handle communication with Gamanet, approve the EULA, and confirm any changes to the system’s scope or setup. They also manage access- deciding who will act as the License Manager. Most importantly, they ensure the C4 System runs exactly as the customer needs.

License manager

This is the main contact person on the customer’s side for all communication with Gamanet. They coordinate everything related to the EULA and ensure the C4 System is used in line with its terms. This role is key to managing licensing effectively and getting the most out of the delivered solution.
